Meet the Hosts
Beth Fralick is a Cancer Care Navigator and health coach, providing one-on-one support and leading cancer support groups to help patients navigate their cancer journey or chronic illness with compassion and understanding. Drawing from her personal experience with thyroid cancer—which went undiagnosed initially and recurred multiple times—Beth felt called to share her story to inspire hope and encouragement for others facing similar challenges. Beth has training through Cancer Peace University (CPU). She is dedicated to using this training to provide comprehensive care and resources to those in need. Beth also has training in trauma care and innner healing work. Beth holds both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education, and her dedication goes beyond academics to focus on the emotional and spiritual well-being of those she serves. Beth’s diverse experiences have enriched her approach to patient care. She is dedicated to guiding adults, children, and families through their health journey with strength, hope, and resilience.

Roger Maupin is a dedicated educator, coach, trainer, entrepreneur, podcaster, and certified life coach who has spent a lifetime involved in business, sports, and personal development. Throughout his journey, he has been profoundly impacted by mentors and coaches who guided him through life’s challenges, including navigating a divorce after a five-year marriage during which he was a stepfather to two children. Four years later, he met his current wife, and they have been happily married ever since with two girls who are adopted from China. Roger brings the supportive male perspective, encouraging husbands, fathers and partners to lean in and support.
